Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
1 unit. We support trial orders and small quantities, especially for new partners.
What can you buy from us?
We supply new and used vehicles from China, including fuel cars and new energy vehicles. We help buyers select models based on budget, market demand and local usage conditions, not just what is available.
Which brands do you have?
Besides Changan, we supply vehicles from brands including Toyota, BYD, Jetour, Voyah, Great Wall, Geely, GAC and Chery, among others.
Can I mix different models in one order or container?
Yes, mixed-model orders are accepted. We will help optimise container loading to save on shipping costs.
Can you supply used Changan X5 Plus units?
Yes. We source used units from domestic dealer and fleet channels and quote each one with its year, mileage, condition, photos and video before payment.
Price, payment and documents
Do you quote FOB or CIF?
Both. FOB covers the vehicles cleared for export and loaded at the Chinese port; CIF adds sea freight and insurance to your destination port. Shipping fee and delivery date are negotiated per order.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed for each order and written on the proforma invoice (PI) before you pay. Ask your sales manager about the options for your order size.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Each shipment comes with the shipping documents needed for import clearance, including the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. If your country needs further documents, such as a certificate of origin, tell us before the PI is issued.
Delivery and vehicles
What is the delivery time?
In-stock vehicles: shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Custom or specific models: delivery time depends on sourcing and preparation. Please contact our sales team for a confirmed timeline.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally, including the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa and more.
Are the vehicles left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD)?
Most vehicles are LHD, and the Changan X5 Plus is supplied in LHD. RHD models of other vehicles can be supplied upon request, depending on availability.
Is the Changan X5 Plus approved for my country?
Import and registration rules differ by country. Tell us your destination and we will share the vehicle's specifications and documents; your customs broker or the national authority confirms the approval route. Our market guides list the main rules for several countries.
Will I see the actual vehicle before it ships?
Yes. At each milestone you receive a photo or video confirming the status of your vehicle.
