If you are not sure which trim suits your market, tell us how the vehicles will be used — retail, taxi, rental or corporate fleet — and your target price range. Our sales manager will recommend a version and confirm what is currently available. New buyers can start with a single unit.

Step 2 — How is the quotation and proforma invoice issued?

You receive an itemised FOB or CIF quotation; once you approve it, we issue a proforma invoice (PI). The PI lists the exact vehicles, trims, colours, quantities, price, Incoterm and the agreed payment and delivery terms. Payment terms are agreed per order and written on the PI before you pay. Check that the PI matches your import licence or permit details if your country requires one.

Step 3 — How are the vehicles inspected before export?

We check each vehicle before export and send you photos or video of your actual units. For new vehicles we confirm trim, colour and equipment against the PI. For used vehicles we also document mileage and condition. If your market or your bank requires an independent pre-shipment inspection, tell us at the quotation stage so we can coordinate access to the vehicles.

Step 4 — How are the vehicles cleared and shipped?

Our team handles export compliance and customs clearance in China, then ships the vehicles by container or Ro-Ro as agreed. Containers protect paint and suit small or mixed orders; Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) suits larger volumes where a regular service exists to your port. Under FOB, our responsibility ends when the vehicles are loaded at the Chinese port; under CIF we also arrange sea freight and insurance to your destination port. Shipping fee and delivery date are negotiated per order.

Some countries also require a certificate of origin, a conformity certificate or a specific document format. FOB or CIF — which Incoterm should I choose?

FOB suits buyers who already have a freight forwarder or negotiated shipping rates. CIF suits buyers who want one price to their port. Both are Incoterms® 2020 rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce; the ICC's official guidance explains exactly where cost and risk pass from seller to buyer.

How long does the whole process take?

For in-stock vehicles, shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Sea transit time then depends on the route and the shipping schedule to your port. For specific trims, colours or used units, preparation depends on sourcing; our sales team confirms the timeline before you pay.
